Every Australian order ships free with Australia Post Express. Most orders arrive within 1–2 business days of dispatch. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Our prices, including quotes, are for a single design. To add another design, choose the quantity you want, upload the artwork and add it to your cart.

We make your design as large as possible within the size you choose, keeping its original proportions. We will never stretch or distort your artwork, so the final sticker may be slightly smaller than ordered in one direction.

Most common file types, including PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS and SVG. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF) give the sharpest result. 

For images, use at least 300dpi at the size you're printing (at the size you're printing is very important).

We print with wide format solvent printers that use the CMYK colour space. 

To ensure your design prints with the best accuracy, please supply a vector file that is using CMYK - of course this is only necessary if you're after the best colour reproduction.

No, we'll add it for you. Die cut stickers get an even border around your design, at least 2.5mm wide. If you supply your own cutline, keep it at least 2.5mm from your design.

No, we are unable to remove watermarks from artwork. We respect the individual rights of artists and their artwork and are unable to remove watermarks from any artwork.

Within ±0.75mm. We maintain and calibrate our cutters constantly to keep cuts tight.

No, we are a print only service and cannot complete any design changes for you. You are more than welcome to send us a new updated design as long as it hasn't been sent to print!

At least 25 × 25mm, supplied in high resolution. Please test your code before ordering. We're happy to check it before printing, but we can't be responsible for codes that don't scan.

Runs of more than 4,000 stickers may need extra production time. Please contact us before ordering, especially if you have a deadline.

All our stickers are printed on premium PVC self-adhesive vinyl, then finished with a protective laminate.

Our vinyl is rated up to 5 years outdoors. The protective laminate makes every sticker waterproof and resistant to scratches and UV fading.

It's personal preference. Both give the same protection: gloss is shiny and vibrant, matte is smooth with no glare. Compare them in our matte vs gloss video.

No. Our Metallic Gold stickers get their shine from a specialty metallic vinyl, not ink or foil.

Up to 60cm on the longest side. That's the largest we can print and ship safely without damage. For larger jobs, grab a quote.

No. Our vinyl is the right thickness to peel easily without one. 

If you have had trouble with previous suppliers, those stickers are likely not laminated for protection.

No, our stickers aren't designed for heat pressing.

1. Clean the surface and make sure it's completely dry. Isopropyl alcohol works well on glass, metal and plastic.
2. Apply at room temperature, not in cold or wet conditions.
3. Peel the backing and press the sticker on from the centre outwards to push out air bubbles.
4. Press firmly over the whole sticker, especially the edges.
5. Give it a day before exposing it to water or weather.

Yes, as long as production hasn't started. Just email us the new file. Please double-check your artwork before it prints, as we print the files you supply.

We get it, plans change.

• Before we send your proof or start production: cancel free of charge.
• After we've sent your proof: a $35 cancellation fee applies, deducted from your refund. Orders under $35 aren't refunded.
• Once production has started: the order can't be cancelled.

Proofs themselves are always free.
