Important information

What is your turn around time?

Our current production time is 1- 2 business days - if your order or approved proof is received prior to 12pm it will print same day and be shipping the following day, unless your design has dark colours to the edges.

If this is the case we'll wait an extra day before laminating your prints to ensure the ink has dried.

Do you provide print proofs?

Yes! When ordering your stickers, please select that you would like a print proof.

We will email you a print proof showing your final design with cutlines within one business day, once approved we will start printing your order.

How long does shipping take?

We're incredibly proud to offer FREE express shipping via Australia Post with every order (within Australia). Once shipped, most orders will arrive next business day.

Can I split the quantity I ordered into multiple designs?

Our prices listed and provided in quotes is the price for a single design. If you would like another design printed, simply select the quantity you are after for that design, upload the design and add it to cart.

What size sticker should I order?

Our most popular sizes are 10x10cm or our 8.5x8.5cm. These are best for laptops, drink bottles or as bumper stickers.

If you’re not quite sure what size is right for you, please send us an email with what you'll be using the sticker for so we can assist!

What vinyl do you use?

All Sticker Warehouse emails are printed on a premium monomeric vinyl and laminated with a protective film. All of our stickers are 100% weather proof and scratch resistant to last for years to come both indoors and outdoors.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too!

Customers are permitted to cancel their order at any time before the proof process or production has commenced, depending on which option they chose when ordering, without incurring any fees.

If a customer has received a proof and wishes to cancel their order, a cancellation fee will be applied. The cancellation fee is up to $55. If your order is below $55 you will not be entitled to any money back, if your order is over $55 we will deduct the proofing fee from your total.

Once production has begun on the order, cancellations are no longer possible, and the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

What's your minimum order?

Most stickers start at a minimun of 10 with pricing starting from $17.00 including shipping.

Can I change my artwork once I've placed an order?

If production has not begun, we will be more than happy to switch your artwork around.

We do not hold any responsibility if the wrong artwork was supplied and printed.

How large will my stickers be?

We will make your sticker as large as possible within your desired dimensions, we will also keep your design in scale and NEVER stretch it

Artwork

What file types do you accept?

We accept all file types, but we recommend vector files for your stickers as they are more sticker friendly and will produce a better quality product. Vector files: EPS, AI, PDF, or SVG.

To achieve excellent print quality, we suggest a minimum resolution of 300dpi. The higher the resolution, the better the print outcome.

What colour format do I use?

We print with wide format solvent printers that use the CMYK colour space. To ensure your design prints with the best accuracy, please supply a vector file that is using CMYK - of course this is only necessary if you're after the best colour reproduction.

How accurately are my stickers cut?

The stickers can have marginal cutting errors of +/-1mm. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy with cutting however constant maintenance and calibration of our hardware ensures tight accuracy.

Can you remove a watermark from my artwork?

No, we are unable to remove watermarks from artwork. We respect the individual rights of artists and their artwork and are unable to remove watermarks from any artwork.

Do I have to include the cutline in my design?

We do not require a cutline! (Unless of course, you wish to provide us with one)

For Die Cut Stickers we will add a 3% outline to ensure there is an even border around your design.

If you are providing an outline please ensure it is at least 3mm thick.

Can you update my design for me?

No, we are a print only service and cannot complete any design changes for you. You are more than welcome to send us a new updated design as long as it hasn't been sent to print!

How long do your stickers last?

We use a premium monomeric vinyl rated to 3 years of outdoor use. All of our stickers come with a protective over laminate to ensure they are waterproof, scratch resistant and last in the elements

What type of stickers do you offer?

Die Cut, Kiss Cut, Rectangle, Circle, Bumper, Vinyl Transfer, Pet & Face and QR Code Stickers!

All of our stickers are a PVC self adhesive vinyl

How long do I have to approve my proof?

If you have requested a proof, you have 2 days to approve your proof.

Can your stickers be heat pressed?

No our stickers are not made to be heat pressed

I requested to not receive a proof and my stickers are wrong, what can I do?

We will always make your stickers look their best. Please email us at print@stickerwarehouse.com.au and we will see how we can help!

We do not hold any responsibility if you didn't ask for a proof and your stickers are incorrect.

Do you have transparent or clear stickers?

We do not offer transparent or clear stickers.

Do you print with metallic inks?

We do not print with metallic inks or have foil finished stickers. 

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We ship all orders through Australia post with complimentary express shipping.

How long until I get my order?

Once you have approved your artwork, orders are processed and sent to production. Production time for stickers usually takes 1 business day for runs less than 2000 stickers.

For larger print runs (over 2000 stickers), additional production time may be required. Please check with our team before you place this order to clarify the timeframe involved, especially if you have a deadline to meet!

Because we are a local business, we support and use Australia Post for our deliveries.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
