Shipping policy

OVERVIEW
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your confirmation, or your approved proof (excluding weekends and holidays). If you have chosen to receive a free print proof, our production timeline of 1 to 2 business days starts once this has been approved.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
Free express shipping to all customers in Australia via Australia Post | 1-4 business days.

StarTrack is available at checkout for those who would like to upgrade. These rates are calculated based on your quantity and location | 1-2 business days.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING RATES
We offer free standard shipping to New Zealand. For those who would like to upgrade, express shipping is available at checkout.

LOCAL PICKUP
Free local pickup is available for anyone in the Hobart, Tasmania area!

Please note in your order that you would like to pick up your order and we will send you an email once it is ready to be collected with our opening times and address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping! Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sticker Warehouse is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact AusPost directly with your tracking number. Any problems please email us at print@stickerwarehouse.com.au with your name and order number.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We cannot refund you due to change of mind, the product must be defective or not as described.

RETURN TO SENDER
If an order has been returned to us due to a customer inputting an incorrect address or the time to pick up from the post office has expired, the customer is responsible for the fee to reship the package out. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at print@stickerwarehouse.com.au with your order number and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
